I Give Up
It's not enough that I spent too much money on fancy containers for my tomatoes.
Or that every September I swear I won't grow tomatoes again, yet every May I buy too many tomato plants.
Or that I've got vines full of big green tomatoes that won't ripen with all the cold, rainy weather we've had lately:
But this is what I woke up to Wednesday morning:
I think I'm done. Someone, please remind me of this next May.
Anyone have any recipes that use green tomatoes?
